About Us
My name is Steve Weitz. I learned and developed my cleaning and managerial skills while working for a hospital and 2 school systems over a 12 year period in New Jersey. Requirements were strict and I honed the skills necessary to provide optimal facility care.
After moving to Tucson, Arizona in year 2000 I worked for a local cleaning company for 5 years. Though I am trained and skilled at providing extensive care, I found that most of the businesses that typically hire cleaning companies only want to buy very basic service. But most cleaning companies are geared towards trying to sell more and more services to their existing clients.
Also, many cleaning companies grow to the point that they have difficulty managing personnel which causes problems that lead to cancellation of services. Therefore, they continue to amass more and more accounts to make up for the ones that they expect to lose. THIS ONLY EXACERBATES THE CONDITION.

I am geared more towards maintaining ongoing relationships than I am towards ever increasing sales (though SOME is good!). When I started my own company in June of 2007, I decided that I would ensure the retention of my clients by diligently attending to their stated needs and consistently providing reliable personal service (though I knew I would have to hire a part-timer and train them for all accounts in case of emergencies). Truly, The Right Cleaning Company is ME! The one you hire is the one that does the work. There's no middle-man ... the buck stops here! Also, I resolved to not try to sell services that are not truly needed or wanted (though many are available if required), and by charging a reasonable price that would not change without absolute good cause. Lastly, I understand that customer service is an important element in my business and strive to maintain a practice of open communication and to stay abreast of each clients changing and ongoing needs.
